RSBP for Central Asia has the honor to invite interested senior management officers of financial institutions in Central Asia to the next Professional Knowledge Exchange (PKE) meeting of experts on the subject of situational leadership.
Key part of the meeting will be dedicated to organisational development, leadership styles, and efficient tools for motivating staff for accomplishing goals and tasks. Traditionally, the programme of the meeting includes questions & answers session with participants.
